Hello my name is Hope Buys-Whitworth owner/artist creator of Hope Project Arts. I am a local self taught artist residing in the Meridian area. My artworks range in a wide variety of fanart, handmade creations, and personal illustrations. I have always enjoyed creating art ever since I was child. My experiences range from painting,illustration, sculpting, woodcarving, wire wrapping, and a new avenue I’ve ventured into is learning how to tattoo. Learning how to create new artworks and always keeping the door to grow in my craft is very important to who I am. It is a way to follow the dream I’ve always carried with me to be an artist. Sharing that art with the community around me is a way to share who I am with the world around me and a way to fight my struggle with depression. Outside of art I enjoy the outdoors, gardening, gaming, golf, pop culture, and learning new things!
